Is this real jade?

Yes — each mask is made from natural jade stone tiles, hand-set and bead-linked. Because it's a natural stone, color and veining vary slightly from mask to mask, which is part of what makes each one one-of-a-kind.

How does it work?

Jade naturally holds a cool temperature. Chilling the mask before use gives you a soothing, cooling sensation across the eyes and face — a simple few minutes of calm built into your routine.

How long should I use it for?

Most people rest with it on for 10–20 minutes. There's no need to leave it on longer than that.

Is it reusable?

Yes. Simply rinse with water and pat dry after each use. No disposable sheets, gels, or refills needed.

Will this permanently get rid of puffiness or wrinkles?

No product can promise that. What our mask offers is a cooling, relaxing sensation and a refreshed look and feel in the moment — think of it as a self-care ritual, not a medical treatment.

How should I store it?
